I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with your dealer (Rumpca Services, St. Paul Park, MN.) When I had my new heating and cooling system installed the entire crew was very courteous and new what they were doing. They took the time after installation was complete to explain in detail the complete operation of my new system. I did have a circuit board go bad in Feb. (one of the coldest days of the year here in Minn.) If was after hours when I contacted them and they were here on the scene making the repair in less than 30 min.
