The Rumpca Services Story Rumpca Services is owned by Jason Rumpca. When Rumpca Services began operation in St. Paul Park 28 years ago, Jason’s parents Len and Kathy Rumpca, along with his brother Travis. When Jason married, his wife Cheri became part of the Rumpca Services family. Over the last several years we have expanded our products, services and staff to meet the needs of our continually growing clientele; having started out with sewer and drain cleaning and adding heating and air conditioning products and services. We are pleased to provide service to most of the southeast metro area.
